The whole concept of HAKASE Group is "To live longer in a good health," and this is the greastest goal for our group. Following Restaurants are built in our group, Noodle Head, Annex, Thai, and new opening cuisine, Europian Dinning & Cafe sweet "Doctore." During my father's life time, Yukio Ozaki master (who gifted the Cherry blossoms to Washington port) gave dwarf ume tree, red and yellow tree, and the cherry blossom. These trees are planted at the garden. The Memorial of Syouwa Emperor confer a decoration, and all over the nutrists in Japan gifted memorial statue. For the italian cuisine the concept is to protect trees, birds and nature. The goal for our restaurants is to care about the nature, health and combine with the Europian food and culture.
