Gianluca is going to be the total Head Chef of this cuisine. He began his culinary career in his native Tuscany at a very young age. By the time he turned 21 he worked in the only italian Resturant in Orleans France. The French experience opened International that lead him to Japan. Since 1998, Gianluca has dedicated himself to teaching the art of Italian cooking, not only his own International Academy of Italian Cuisine (Lucca and Siena) but also as chef in major Cities thruogh out Europe, Japan, and the United States. In 2004 The Italian Cooking Federation awarded Gianluca, Master Of Cooking and Executive Chef One of only three in Tuscany to be honored.
