Owner's Greeting

This HAKASE Noodle annex is the starting point of the HAKASE Noodle cusine which was built in 1976. When other cusines were going to the gourmet period of time, my idea came up differently. Care about customer's health, to live longer with a good foods. With a lot of sarching, we reached tasty noodle and Gyouza with safe, healthy, and with medical prevention. The difference between HAKASE Noodle Head and the HAKASE Noodle Annex is thick noodle, taste of Tuna soup, and roasted pork fillet. These will give the special taste of HAKASE Noodle Annex.
