Owner's Greeting

Since 1976, HAKASE Noodle Head has been open. After 17years my oldest brother's(the then head of the department) Chiba University and the Thai Churaronkon Univeristy cooperatedand. I myself went to Thai and met Thai food for the first time. I got suprised and impressed for the thai food's nutritionally, and medically. This is the reason why I opened Thai Restaurant at Kamagaya 11years ago. I would like to share with my presures of thai foods to everyone. For our restaurant, chefs came from Five star Hotel "DUSIT HOTELS and RESORTS. " Many people thought Thai foods is spicy, but these chefs make elegant, refined tastes, with not too oily. Thay make balance and healthy dishes. This made my perspective of thai dishes totaly different. It is my presure to share the thai food culture in our restaurant. For the tenth anniversary, from Thai Embassy our restaurant got [THAILAND'S BRAND]. For directly, we got greeting letters from,Thai ambassador, Head of Thai Air Line Japan, Thai goverment and municipal general manager. lastly, please come and feel the ethnic and oriental world and have a memorial time.
